Hand 1 I would play it similar. I do like just calling his flop reraise with position, but on the turn I think you need to reraise here to say $225, that way he is committed to the pot if he calls and you can get the rest in on virtually any river card.

Hand 2 I think is very risky, a case can be made for folding preflop even to his dinky minraise. There just are not many flops you can like with A6s, you got your best flop pretty much there with a flush draw, but if he has an overpair or something like QQQ you aren't in great shape. I like the flop c/r if his reraising range is bigger than AK AA-QQ, because if it isn't then you are losing money.
