Default Intersting spot in my home game

This home-game is full of a bunch of people that I have played with for a very long time. Most everyone are pretty solid players with a lot of them playing online at varying stakes. Tonight to attract more people we were playing relatively low stake game .10/.20. The hand in question takes place after the game broke and we were left playing 3 handed.

The villain in this hand has previously been very bad and had quit playing for a while. He recently started playing again and it didn't take long for me to notice his game had improved a lot. I still am not sure just how much stuff he has picked up but I will give you the little background info I gathered from the session.

He plays position well but has not been 3 betting me very much. The one 3 bet hand that went to showdown was when he was short stacked. He 3bet my button raise with TT, I 4bet and called a push with 99.

Post-flop he is a bit of a station. He claims to have called one of my flop raises with bottom pair. I can see him paying off relatively light. He seems to be getting a little fed up with my aggression 3 handed, I don't think he is used to it. The last couple of pots I have shown down have all been big hands.
3 handed .10/.20 blinds 160 bb eff stacks

    Button folds
I am in the SB with and raise to 0.80
    Villain calls from the BB

    Flop (1.60)
    I bet 1.20
    Villain raises to 3.20
    I raise to 9
    Villain calls

    Turn (19.60)
Whats my plan here since I missed and am out of position?
Flopping quads and boats like its my job

I don't like the flop 3-bet. Your hand isnt that strong at all, but if you're 3-betting then you think you're ahead? If you think you're ahead just push turn and charge 89 or 9T or something.

I'd rather just call his original raise. I don't even mind folding to it, cause a 9 might not even be good, as he could have QJ or something. But given its 3-handed, a call is ok.
