    Unless you know he's capable of floating the flop with anything, even in 3-bet pots, I c/f the turn.

    This is how donks value town you with KTs. Calling the turn bet also means you're almost always going to be calling the river too. So you're not just going to be calling $3 to get a showdown. It's a 3-bet pot, give the man credit to have you beat here until you have a read.
