    Default JJ vs an unknown feesh.

    Villain is 36/20 over a small sample and is obviously some sort of weaker player, has been open limping a bit. I'd imagine he's continuing to my 3 bet with loads of his opening range.

    i think i just station here. he probably does this with a few combos of bricked Ahxh or suited/connected hearts that he calls pre, and i also wouldnt be surprsised to see shit like AQ/AJ. we block 8 of his Kx combos and AK probably 4bets some non-zero amount pre.

    edit: forgot about the possibility of JTs, meh

    I know this won't help all that much, but this type of spot is really a feel spot to me. Sometimes based on his timing,it just feels like he's bluffing or it just feels like he has it. It's tough to say either way.

    What was his timing on turn / river?

    Whats his call 3bet? If he folds or calls a lot it will influence his starting range quite a bit.

    flop = bet

    he's probably not good enough to see how obvious our range is so he's shoving for value.

    Thanks for the responses guys. Could you maybe elaborate a little on why betting this flop is better than checking? I tend to bet or check here depending on my opponent, reads etc, vs a fish who I don't feel will be able to realize how face up my range is and isn't known to be a huge station I usually check back here.

    I would imagine that you bet all of your air here though on the flop?

    In which case you're VERY polarized if you're pretty much only betting AK/AA here. Also if someone assumes this, then they will also assume that you have SD value here and likely a hand exactly like what you have (TT-QQ).

    Your hand is much more face up than theirs is after your check of the flop.

    River is an easy fold. I wouldn't bet the flop.

    Vs a reg this is exactly why I'd usually bet. Vs this guy I'm not really worried about any of this.

    Lighting sweet moneys on fire.
    Not betting flop usually since pot was opened utg, but w/e since it's 5 handed. Either calling down or folding turn.

    great flop to check back. bet your AK and 64s that missed but what are we trying to accomplish by betting JJ here?

    typically folding the river here

    I just think with the price you getting he too often has Kx to call the river profitibly, but its close. Given how fishy he looks, we can't discount some pretty weird straights and slowplayed sets from his range either. I like checking flop and calling/betting turn for vaule.
