Default Kinda new to 6max. Some 2/4 hands for analysis?

A while back, started playing PLO, made 11K at a live 4/8 game, and was playing 50NL6max for a PLO break until yesterday when I followed an utter fish to a 2/4$ table. Found leaks in players and decided to stick around.

Hand 1 (This guy was pretty loose but nothing special. Not too passive, neither too aggro. Perhaps 24/15 w/a decent AF. He'd been stealing a fair amount):

    MP ($253.65)
    Button ($869.10)
    Hero ($301.25)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, K.
2 folds, Button raises to $14, Hero calls $12, 1 fold.

    Turn: ($1174.35) 8 (2 players, 1 all-in)

    Hero ($859.40)
    BB ($52.50)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, Q.
1 fold, MP calls $4, Button raises to $20, Hero raises to $60, 1 fold, MP folds, Button calls $40.

hand 1: meh, villain probly has a FD but this isnt the greatest play.

    hand 2: questionable.

    hand 3: spew

    hand 4: spew

hand 5: you made your 2 pair on the river and then fold. Even though teh board is paired i think you have to atleast call the river raise.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

Why is hand 2 questionable? Should I just check/fold the turn flush card? I find that slightly weak.
Hand 5: why call? what is he raising the river with that I beat? If he thinks I'm taking a stab at the pot, surely raising accomplishes nothing since I fold everything but a better hand than his
