Default KK oop heads up, raised on flop

this table just broke up recently and I didn't really have history with this guy yet. all I knew was he had tag 18/15ish stats, and even tags occasionally float or raise cbets as a bluff at this site/level.
my image is slag, running maybe 30/20 since the table was mostly 4-5 handed, and I had reraised pre flop several times earlier.

I don't really play heads up much...how would you play this?

Not bad but I probably just push the flop.

ya that's what I was thinking after I played it.
At the time I was worrying about only getting called if I'm beat, but heads up I'm guessing that's not as much of a concern...especially with such a big pot and an agg image.

If you're gonna call the flop this looks like the optimal line to take

Villain might have flopped a set and be worried he got 2 outered on the turn but oh well...

edit : with your image pushing flop is fine since you'll get called by worse.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

this hand tilted me pretty bad after some similar stuff the last few sessions, so it's good to see others like the idea of pushing the flop regardless of results- he showed me AT
