Default the limp utg then big reraise wtf?

3 times today donkish players pulled this move on me (which I folded to everytime with decent hands like 77 KQs) I gave them credit for poorly played strength.
All three players that pulled this on me had stats of around 40/20.
At 25nl, 50nl, 100nl in general this is strength more than its bluffy right?

    This is 77-TT/AK almost always.

I would say its AA/KK less than 10% of the time unless villain is pretty short.

you think so little? I would have thought AA/KK AND AK would make up a large majority of the hands... but I don't see this play much so I could be wrong

I think this play is a pretty strong hand unless the action goes UTG limps, another limp, SB completes and then BB raises and UTG thinks BB is stealing so he re-pops after limping. Unless it looks like the raiser is stealing I'd imagine its a solid hand.

    getting my swell on
i think it varies a lot between 77-AA. I see all of those pp's in this limp/3 bet, and I am always having to fold decent hands and it pisses me off. If the donkey is super donkey I see hands as bad as 22 and A 10

So what kind of range should we have to call this if we even bother to do so?

this is almost always (99%) QQ+ at a tight table trying to get a call.

I'd only consider calling if the same person is doing this on a regular basis.. then it's probably a crazy donkey and I'm in for a payday if I can hit some hands. Otherwise in my mind it's large strength.
