i think you get looked up alot here because your line doesnt make much sense. i think i would rather bet the turn though given that most nitty regs arent calling the flop without an A and isnt going to put a 5 in your range. 3bet pre is too big also since your IP.

I bet the turn. Checking the turn and betting the river so hard screams that you're really really strong here, villian might find a fold.

I like pre-flop if our cards are s00ted and we re-raise a little smaller. Even people with kinda nitty stats open all sorts of shit.
