The flop check raise is pretty bad considering the effective stack size. You are leaving him with less than a pot sized bet on the turn and you expect him to fold a non heart turn card?
This would be a good line if you flopped a set or two pair because it would be so difficult for him to get away from an overpair given the stack sizes. b3b the flop is much better in my opinion since you get your money in with decent equity.
As played I would check fold a no A, no heart turn because I don't think he would fold anything he called the flop cr with.
If the stack sizes were 100 bb+ then cr the flop will leave you with enough behind on the turn to have some folding equity.
