Me personally, I like playing LAG but I like being the original agressor. He raises frequently but calling a reraise is not a play a player does without a decent hand like a big ace or pp. Here smells signs of pp. I would assume JJ, or QQ. KK or AA would've probably repopped and the only set I could really put him on is 88's. Because you have a 9 and 10, its less likely he has a pair of those. I think this is almost a fold. I don't think you have 15 outs in this situation and at worst, you could be up against a higher flush draw or an overpair in which you only have 9 outs instead of 15 and you're not getting the right odds to chase.
