Crap, what a spot. I think I go broke here though, but you could fold here and play it safe as well.

I call. Two pair and the like might play like this. If you push you might fold them out. Just call em down, push the river if you have to.

that is some flop. my first inclination is to push. KK, JJ and AQ are only hands ahead. but at least you can go ahead of AQ on paired board while it has a hard time improving past you even more. if you're up against overset it's just tough. hands like AK, AJc, AJo, AQc, AQo, KJ and QQ are all behind and ur way ahead of everything else. you might get a loose call from an OESD + pair, that happens more often in multiway pots than HU.
In answer to your question... it depends...

    you can't fold this

    either call or push

    you lose? man that's poker

EDIT: Gah....just reread the hand history. My thoughts still stand.....but damn that's a tough spot.

    all-in.

Think of all the 2 pair/draw/combo draw type hands that you have crushed.

Yea, you probably get bored waiting for all your students to finish up their tests so why not down a beer or nine while you're waiting?

But yea I agree with UG push like this is no tommorrow and if you get called by a better hand you have either 1 out or a bunch of outs. Lose a buyin oh well thats why you're supposed to be overolled.

People arent nearly as aggressive with their pair + FD combo type hands at 200nl and I dont think the decision is as easy as most posters have suggested. If CO is a good tight player then i muck.

Push. CO will call with his 2p/draw. You're realistically only behind to AQ (but with 30% equity).

Btw, AA/QQ is also in his range if KK/JJ is.

Acutally, I mucked this hand to the raise.

results: MP pushes, CO calls. MP has AK, CO has AQ.

So maybe not the correct fold, but I saved myself a stack in this case.
