Default NL100: Weak overpair facing flopresistance from a shortstack

Villain has tag stats, but I figured that couldnt be a regular with his stacksize. Fold to his flop reraise? I pushed allin, because in my experience shortstacks tend to push/raise all kinds of crap on the flop (draws, middle and bottom pair).
