Default Nut flush draw 300 bbs deep in a squeezed pot

Villain here is 20/15/5 over 400 hands. I haven't tangled with him yet, but he seems solid. I think he may be a new move up from 100nl. My image is sLag at this table as I am hitting hands and getting paid. I have shown down 9d6d v a slow played AA who stacked off when I flopped a flush, and a AA hand where I 3bet heavy cause we were both deep, got a CC who had KK, my AA help up. Then comes this hand:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($667.40)
    UTG ($197)
    MP ($597.30)
    Button ($302.40)
    SB ($184.20)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, J.
1 fold, MP raises to $6, Button calls $6, 1 fold, Hero raises to $35, MP calls $29, Button folds.

    Flop: ($77) 8, Q, 4 (2 players)
Hero bets $55, MP raises to $165, Hero ??

This seems pretty stupid since the opponent almost never has AA or KK.

Opp has position and could easily have AA KK if for some daft reason you'll fold to a 4 bet.

300BB's deep with a person to act behind you, even in position, i'd find it hard to believe anyone smoothcalls with AA or KK here.
