    Default okay or dumb?

CO runs 27/14, cbets 67%, but I didnt look at his cbet stat during the hand. BB is an aggressive donk who would already have led out anything connected to the board, so im not worried about him. I have been quiet and tight. I know that this is bad vs a thinking opponent b/c Im repping such a thin range.

    CO ($147.85)
    BTN ($88.50)
    Hero (SB) ($125.35)
    BB ($105.15)

    Pre-flop: ($1.50, 5 players) Hero is SB
1 fold, CO raises to $3.50, 1 fold, Hero calls $3, BB calls $2.50

    Flop: ($10.50, 3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO checks

    Turn: ($10.50, 3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, CO bets $8, Hero raises to $27

seems kind of dumb. i dont expect him to fold KQ/KJ to a c/r there. and even if you bet the river big it just looks so bluffy.

its not bad. i would use it VERY sparingly though since his hand range is faceup and not overly weak. as such i would follow through with something fairly big and rather valuey looking on the river such as $50 in the event that i went for this bluff.

I don't see what hands you are credibly repping with this line.
That said it looks like CO is just stabbing at this pot so he might fold quite a bit.

No and no. CO is almost never "just stabbing at the pot" and almost always has a good king or a weak ace. We can also be repping a good ace or 55 and it would not be bad at all to play them this way.

I think. Tell me if I'm wrong nutsinho.

Mehh ok maybe I am wrong. I think maybe CO has like 10s or Js,Qs maybe a K and noone has taken any initiative.

I know at 50nl in a multiway pot the player to close the action will often bet atc if its gets checked to him twice and expect to take it down.

Would a c/r turn after zero flop action be good with 55 or AQ here?

Mcat's right imo. This guy should cbet his crap on this flop so checking behind really narrows his range to hands with some showdown value, like K's and maybe QQ-TT. I disagree that he's likely to check behind this flop with a weak ace, but it's possible. I think his turn bet has to be for value which makes a K more likely than QQ-TT so the question is whether he can fold a K. I think the c/r folds a K enough to be profitable and agree with nutsinho that you should follow up big if he calls.

lol i honestly wouldnt put it past a 100nl reg to check back an ace, but you really think hes folding a Q to one c/r? i mean it just seems like as its unlikely he has an ace that we would have to bluff the river.
