I was actually planning on calling the flop raise when I lead. I figured him to only call the bet with decent hand. Once the turn hits I figure he'll call more than he would bet his K so I went for value expecting to again call a raise. The river is obv fold since I beat very little that shoves since I look exactly like a strong K or flush. Checking does set this hand up different I think, particularly since I do check a ton of hands on this flop to not get raised when I don't have the FD. I don't mind the C/R at all vs guys that would bet this almost always and get it in with worse FD's and weaker than TPTK.
