Default overpair 3 flush line help plz

No reads on villain except I know he's bad, couple of hands ago he did like a 6 bet all in (mostly min raises) with JJ. I really felt he was drawing or some weak pair, but he could be slow playing a flush as well.
My question is how to play this board. I was b/f on flop and b/f the turn but the problem is he's so short gawd. Whats a better line here?

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG ($53)
    MP ($49.75)
    Button ($42.25)
    Hero ($64.10)
    BB ($54.55)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J.
2 folds, Button raises to $1.5, Hero raises to $5, 1 fold, Button calls $3.50.

    Flop: ($10.50) T, 3, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $8, Button calls $8.

    Turn: ($26.50) Q (2 players)
    Hero bets $18?

I think I c/f turn. B/f riv like $15-20 if another heart doesn't fall and if it checks through on the turn.

This hand is tough without reads. Just cause he played JJ that way, I don't think it necessarily means he plays QQ+ the same way. Obvioulsy if you think he'll call with like AT then this is good, but he probably finds a fold with everything else that you beat.

yeah dont fold. b/c but im not sure if we should bet smaller than this or just pot it. hell maybe even c/ring might be good here but b/c seems bests.
