You should DEFINITELY make pre bigger, given stack sizes and the fact that you KNOW the fish will call. Probably raise it up to 75-80.
As played, I don't think its a horrible c/f here. There are like no good turn cards in the deck at all, and that's if you're still ahead. There's also no real clear outs for you, if someone already has a straight.
I'd c/f now, but I'd probably bet the flop in the first place. I'd expect CO to fold a lot, button to call a lot and then you can see what happens. Can comfortably fold to a CO or SB raise on this board, but most of the time just iso with the fish.
