Overpair on river, loose player.

Default Overpair on river, loose player.

Villain is 55/21/1.22 but his postflop aggression numbers aren't very high. Between 1 and 2 on each street. He has rarely c/r, which leads me to believe he isn't tricky postflop.

    Stack sizes:
    Hero: $423.10
    CO: $252
    Button: $719.10
    SB: $430.20
    BB: $505.80

    Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is UTG with Q Q
Hero raises to $14, CO folds, Button calls, 2 folds.

    Flop: 5 T T ($33, 2 players)
    Hero bets $22, Button calls.

    Turn: 3 ($76, 2 players)
    Hero bets $58, Button calls.

    River: 9 ($194, 2 players)
    Hero

After the turn, Tx, 55, 77-99 seem reasonable. According to his stats, he does call down somewhat light (folds 32% on flop, 56% on turn, 41% on river)

    So, c/c reasonable bet, bet/fold to a push, bet/call a push?

I'm not calling a push, so I'd say check/fold to a push, and call a decent size bet. I could also see betting $105ish or so and see JJ call here a lot, while folding to any sort of aggression.

yea this is a spot for a blocking bet, somewhere between 60 and 100, probably closer to the top

agreed. if he is "not tricky post flop." bet light, and fold to a raise.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

I bet 120 and folded. 80-100 definitely makes a lot more sense.

My first thought was to check/call, but you have 300 behind! So bet/fold it is.
