So I hit my T-high flush on the river... do I call villain's pot size bet or is this an easy laydown? I also think I was too aggressive with this hand pre-flop (my goal was to isolate/eliminate initial pf raiser), and I made a mistake by not betting the flop. Thoughts? Also, how do you guys typically play TT?

I would not have bet the turn. He's got the K, or he's trying to use the 4 diamonds to scare you out. You only need to be right one in 3 times to make this a break even call. I call this.

No reads, tough spot, I see a trend.

There are really only 2 hands who play like this that beat you: JJd and KKd.
Unless AxKd /AxJd flat calls on the the turn... but I would guess AJ bets that flop.

Conclusion: I didn't think you needed to bet the flop, but now I do.

You certainly cannot fold. The odds seem so remote of a Kd that I am almost tempted to raise. Probably a high variance move. Call, win.

Unfortunately no reads, this was one of my first hands at the table. I interpreted his flop & turn check as low-mid PP, since this kind of board would have been bet by most overcard combos after my flop check-behind: AJ, AQ, AK, KQ, KJ, etc. (thinking of martins players)

I don't like my turn bet either, and I really really feel that I should have bet the flop. I remember thinking at the time that only premium hands would have called my 8E preflop raise, and so I was behind, but this is flawed thinking. Call it scared if you will.
