Default Pocket 77 facing push on flop(T98)

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP ($35.64)
    CO ($19.35)
    Button ($14.70)
    SB ($16.81)
    Hero ($32.40)
    UTG ($21.95)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, 7. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
1 fold, MP calls $0.25, 1 fold, Button calls $0.25, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.75, MP calls $0.75, Button calls $0.75.

    Flop: ($3.10) 9, T, 8 (3 players)
Hero bets $2, MP folds, Button calls $13.70 (All-In), Hero folds.

Was this played correctly? He seemed loose.

Side question: How do you maintain the quality of your reads when one is 4-tabling?

Thanks in advance for the replies

    -Alex
