PP 3-bet bluff thoughts plz

1.8k deep vs decent aggro reg who thinks I'm weak. I've convinced him I laid down huge hands at least twice in the past couple days.

He has been mainly folding to my reraises both in and out of position.

I am SB w

Villain raises Utg + 1 (he runs around 23/20 I'd guess and plays very aggro post) and gets 3 callers.

2 of the callers are midstacked fish (400ish and 500ish respectively). I am more than happy getting it in vs them after they cold call (I'm talking droolers) and feel like I'll get owned oop playing passively vs the tagg.

This might be wrong since he'll bluff less with the fish in the hand (so I shouldn't worry about my position as much pre) but I squeezed to 170 looking to isolate the fish.

Plan went wrong and tagg ended up flatting my squeeze in pos and the fish folded.

Flop is

I bet 250 into 345 he makes it 500

I instashove.

If you don't like this shove, what hands - if any - would you shove over his minraise?

The problem I have with this, is that a lot of ppl aren't willing to get it in with AK pre when things get really deep, so AK is much more in his range in this situation than if this hand was 100bb's deep or something.

This seems a bit pewy to me though I agree that his raise is odd and he's flatting most big hands here. But I agree with Griffey that AK is a big part of his range and i'm bet/folding here especially because it would tilt me too hard to stack off vs a good reg when it's a table full of fishes. Why are we battling this guy when we can just profit from everyone else at the table? This could be a leak you have in that you're always trying to outplay the good players at the table instead of just focusing on exploiting the weaker ones. Unless this hand is an exception.

brian townsend had this mentality and now hes a losing midstakes player when hes not cheating. you should play as well as you can versus everyone. its not about trying to 'outplay' them. when the action is to you, its an opportunity for you to make the perfect play, no matter the opponent.

oh, as far as the hand goes, i dont think its that bad but i prefer calling or folding and cbetting smaller to begin with.
