Default A/Q - hit top pair top kicker?

Villain is 31/8 over 200 hands...how do you play this? I can't fold to his raise on the flop - yet, if he goes all in, i'm almost commited to calling?

    Any advice?

yes you were commited, the board is pretty draw heavy too which makes calling easier
