    My plan was to c/c a safe river, but the flush completed and villain didn't show any signs of slowing down.

    I like it. every draw got there on the river and you could have been behind before the river. Unless he was just totally floating you the only things you beat are 9T/89 and I don't think he bets a showdownable hand like that on the river unless he thinks he's bluffing the best hand which isn't often.

    Could a blocking bet work here on the river? Chances are he may also be afraid of whatever draw came in will only raise with the nuts. I can imagine even a $10 bet here will do its job most of the time.

    nh. I think a blocking bet here on the river is bad, because he lead the turn when the 2nd J fell, and because so many draws got here on the river
