Default QQ OOP on kinghigh board

Villain only played 5 hands so far, but was in 4 of those hands.I dont know what to do with this bet.Maybe i should have bet more on the flop, but it makes it harder on the turn, and i dont want the pot too big cause i dont know much how villain plays.
Anyway what should i do in this situation?

Betting the flop puts us in a shitty spot, I jsut c/c the flop and as played I really dont know what the "right" play is against an unknown. I dont thinking calling is horribly wrong but I dont think folding would be bad either. Basically my point is that the flop bet put us in a shitty spot that I think could have been avoided and not only made the hand easier to play but more profitable as well.

I mostly agree with andy on this.
overall these spots annoy me because betting the flop feels like it's purely for info but you can't always rely on that, so not necessarily the best move.
at the same time you're oop and have no read so you might make worse mistakes by check calling once or twice only to fold later.

anyway I fold in your spot on the turn, but probably would've c/c the flop and c/f the turn, and if it checked through on the turn then re-evaluate the river.
I also would c/c the flop with AA, AK, etc on occasion vs an aggro or regular.
