My thinking on this hand is a 20/10 makes the initial raise, and then this tag makes this 3 bet. I was planning on c/c him, but he made such a weak bet, and normally players at 25 NL play their over pairs very strong, so I shoved thinking he has anywhere from 10's-AA or AJ-K.

The reason I posted this hand is because I think playing my sets (in this case quads) is a very weak part of my game, and I don't really like this play here, and just looking for some advice. I always get caught into thinking, if I bet here they will fold, and I'll never get paid by betting flop. So, I will let them make the move.
