Default QQ vs new player shorty

Of course you question yourself whenever you lose in poker, however I don't see what I could possibly do here other than fold preflop which I think is always -EV. He was a new player seemed tight and didn't raise too many hands pre but I had 17 hands on him which basically gives me nothing.

He's 50bb deep, I think in this situation you are never letting go of QQ - right? Do you prefer a shove or just call pre due to positional disadvantage?

I rarely let go of 1010 in this spot let alone QQ. Just shove preflop

This depends on villain, but QQ is a shove PF most of the time with villain's stack
