Beluga Theorem (turn raise beats 1/pair).

But if he's really quite good - he probably knows that you can't call without > AT.

The board is too dry to fold. He is not going to have 22/44/TT here everytime, and AA/KK is very unlikely.

Turn raise is either teh nutz or bluff usually.

Against a nitty player you can fold, but against an aggro player it's a call.

    So is he a solid-nit, or a solid-Tagg?

    I think I'd push if he's unknown.

    I'm seeing a showdown.

For better or worse, I've stopped folding good hands to aggressive players.

    Love me for a season
This is a tough one because the raise is so big. It looks like he's thinking you're unable to release your telegraphed high PP.

How often have you been mixing it up UTG?

this is interesting to me because i'm having problems vs very aggressive players.
if you're calling this turn, what's your plan on the river? are you comfortable stacking off if a K or A doesn't fall?

His bet either puts us all in or its real close.

How to stop losing heaps of money to aggro players:
Step 1: Play fewer hands without showdown or high card value.
    Step 2: Fold less often.

Unless they are really deep vs you, nothing they can do about it besides get back into line.

a little town called none of your goddamn business
i check this turn a lot. I think i fold as played. Sure, we're only beat by 44 and TT, but I think this is TT at least a quarter of the time, and probably more.

I agree with you in the abstract fnord, but I think he's beat here. He potted a 422 flop into two players and is betting again. He's under the gun to boot.

I need to know what villain thinks of hero before I make a concrete decision about this hand.

I'd like the fold more if you had bet like 12 and folded to the push. He could be taking advantage of your weak betting. In a spot like this you need to bet larger or check/call.

btw im playing full ring now, so my head is probably clouded with the nittyness
