    Default Question from tourney donk

So, I'm pretty late to game here and have a hard-on for wanting to be a decent cash player. Tourney variance is killing my mojo. I have read sauce's sticky and I about shit myself. I will be trying to incorporate his suggestions in the coming weeks. Obv I will be playing less tables while trying to learn this, but as I get better, what is the optimal amount of tables that I should or could be playing using this strat?

I would recommend 2 or 3 just until you get used to playing cash games, and it becomes more natural to you.

Also, the guide is just a guide. You shouldn't jump into playing a style that makes you uncomfortable etc.

What stakes are you going to be playing?

I've played cash before, so it's not like I'm totally ignorant and understand that it's just a guide. I plan to play 50-100NL. I have normally 4 tabled cash in the past. I 6 table tourneys usually, but that is a little easier due to less post flop play.

Go for four tables then. Any less and it seems you will be making bad plays out of boredom.

I will do that, thank you.
