problem is, i think the times you are called, your pot equity will be much much worse, and the times you get a fold, you will have risked a decent sized bet w/ an extremely marginal hand to gain a small % of equity against the all in player (given that if CO folds, it's unlikely he had a hand that had you beat anyways). maybe you fold out a small pair, i just think it's almost never worth it. better line might be to c/b flop and bet any turn that improves your equity, particularly if CO checks again.
