    Default Raising behind limpers.

Does anyone here raise behind limper/s with SCs? SGs? Any 2 weak broadway? I know it depends on the raiser, but I am more interested in the postflop implications of raising hands such as these. When you do raise and get a caller with position on you how do you proceed(I assume you will bet with position)? Axx board do you usually cbet? If you hit big do you c/c or c/r or bet?

ZOMG, if you're not raising terrible players with playable hands + position you're leaving a fortune on the table.

I think this is part of my evolution as a player. I am looking for more situations to exploit postflop. I seen this hand in the other thread. How often are you getting into tough spots when the 10 doesn't come on this hand? Are you left calling down here? Are you bluffing when the A hits?

Plan A is to apply pressure on their crap hand to hit a board.
Plan B is to use my position + agression to get maximum value when I catch the other guy second best.

The range of hands you do this depends on how the other guy is playing and how much distrust you've built up.

In late position raising limpers with decent hands is pretty much free money.

    I wouldn't be playing a $400 pot.

The most common case is we both miss and I pick up the pot via position + aggression.

Fast playing has been the new slow playing for quite some time now among "better" players. I've found that reversing to slowplaying some of my monsters is better now than it was before.

In this situation I think calling the $10 would be a terrible play.
