I was not the victim, but I think it's important to post this.
silts, your point has been mentioned countless times to stars, including an e-mail i had sent to them today, but to no avail. you would think that setting up a sort of red flag system for weird IP addy's and games played would be standard stuff. The argument is that the added cost to implement something like this would be massive. 99.999% of the time when someone plays out of their roll, they never really played within their roll to begin with. Also, it would be a major headache to have to be submitting info everytime a normal user were playing from a different IP.
