    You're getting 3:1 on a call here after the C/R. The BBs calling range is considerably wider pre-flop since they were in the big blind. They could easily have a 5, or they could easily have an ace as well. I probably would've checked the river and played it safe. Then they might bet (or bluff) about $20-$30 and you'll probably have to throw the chips in, but at least you give your set a chance to win
