Easy call. Villain's range is probably much wider than 5x, lots of baby A's would have similar lines. Only hands that beat you that make somehow sense are 45, 55, and maybe A5.

Lots of baby X's or sets would check raise this river and turn their hand into a bluff? I think they would just value bet.

Villain is passive. How many passive opponents have you seen C/R rivers and turning their hand into bluffs? Makes zero sense, and zero dollars.
