Set v's fish (100nl) deep - basic noobie type question

Villain is the fishy target on the table. 50/20 type. I have a solid (I think) read that 1/2 pot bet means he'll fold to a raise and full pot means he wont. Heres the hand where I doubled up v's him for reference:

Hero had J, J (one pair, Jacks).

Ok, we end up almost 250bb deep v's him and then this hand. I dont have a read on what the minraise PF means, his PF raises include every $ from 2-6 so far with no real discernible pattern I could pick up.

Despite never seeing him fold after making a PSB, he did seem to think long and hard before calling flop. Obviously want to build the pot as much as possible though...

we pretty much have to pot and watch him fold most of the time because we lose so much value from flush draws/AQ/overpairs by betting smaller because we can't comfortably ship river

I think because of that pot sized reraise on the flop is standard this deep so like $19-21

If he's betting almost pot on the flop I'm c/r harder even, probably to like 18ish and then betting 35 and 105.

Thats pot on flop. I think maybe a Jackpot table or something and it deducts the extra rake? Not sure, but on the table at the time it shows as pot.

Agree on flop, I got too involved there. That raise was exactly the same as I raised for a bluff previously, but against a drooler like this I dont need to balance crap like that.

well you have to raise 14.5 over his bet to make a pot-sized raise so that's 19.25

Yeah, he's calling down way lighter than he's betting himself so just bet big on the remaining streets.
