Default Should i have thrown this away

.25/.5 6 max table online. I am under the gun. The button is a Tight
passive, the small blind is a loose player, willing to call down many
hands, and the large blind is a total fish. The SB is my toughest
competition, and he has about 70$ to my 50$.

I get delt 3 3 under the gun. I raise it up to 2$. button
folds, SB calls, and BB folds.

    Flop comes 4 5 8 I bet out 4$ and SB calls.
I put the guy on any pair on the board or a gutshot to the 6. A 23 was
also possible. And he could have had flopped the nut strait.

Turn brings 3 I bet out 8$ and the SB immediately makes it 16$.
I hesitate, sure that he has his strait. The pot is laying me 3 to 1, I
likely have 10 outs. I figure that the implied odds here are good to hope
for a boat or quads as any of my outs would not make him fear a larger
strait to his A2 or 67.

River brings a 7 and i check and he pushes the rest of his stack in
which was about 46$. This smelled to me, but considering he could be
bluffing with the best hand like A2 I let it go.

Now, should i have laid it down on the turn for 8$ more when the pot
odds were off or was my justification that my implied odds rocked a good play?

I think it was right to call on the turn - the implied odds were huge.

Looks good to me as well, you played it right... but if you're UTG and he's SB, then he should be acting first, you made it sould like you were acting first.
Lack of Discipline and Over-Confidence... The root of all poker evil.
