1: I used to double or tripple barrel more in the past. But I'm playing a lot laggier now than before, maybe that's why it doesn't work too well anymore as people don't give me credit so often anymore. People are calling my cbets with like K high..

2: I raised 2.7x his raise, don't think that's giving him odds to call to crack me? (how do you calculate that anyway?) I just had my QQ run into AA on another table, so I was just sitting there thinking "how can I not be totally beat here?".. but I shoved anyway :P

3: about raising it preflop.. I raise a ton of hands on CO and button, and a decent range from UTG and UTG+1 but at a table with loose callers (or even just one guy who loves to call any raise) who don't like to give up postflop, it's not really working out to just raise any hand I like to play. So I either limp or minraise it from EP. As long as there isn't a table captain raising over all my limps, it seems to be ok. If you raise, you often end up in bigger pots OOP with crappy hands vs people who know you're raising a ton of trash. Not good.

And I agree, I'm too wimpy, def shoulda lead out, maybe even gone for the c/r. I prefer the lead I think, c/r is more expensive, but it does set up for a good image.
