Hand 1 - I quite like this, if he is a thinking player, ISF theorem in play, however if you are called i'd shut down as I dont expect the guy to fold anything on the turn that he doesnt fold on the flop, unless an A comes, which is always a good barrel card.

Hand 2 - I'd play the same, judging by his weak ass turn bet he isn't that confident with his hand, so I'd call pretty much any river bet unless it was an overbet.

Hand 3 - This is so opponent dependent it's difficult to give a decent answer, though when you are in this situation, try and take into account things such as, what he thinks of you, recent hand that have been played, timing etc.

Hand 4 - I play the same, may bet like $1 on the river in order to induce a bluff raise, as he rarely as anything here.

Hand 5 - MP's bet looks like a pair + gutshot, some sort of marginal hand, and that is confirmed when he just calls your reraise. check turn, fold river. wp.
