You have somewhere between 7 and 18 outs! But I would guess 8 at the most, but at least they are all to the nuts (straight flush excepted) . Plus MP only has < current pot behind....

Wow this is complicated. Folding can't be terrible, because your pot odds are not really there. Pushing doesn't really have any folding equity vs. MP, and only folds SB when he has a worse hand than either you or the SB.

I think a call might be OK. You are getting ~5:1 implied odds on MP (I think you can expect to stack him if you hit), and SB might call behind with the 3rd best hand.

If SB pushes over, it would be 70 to call in pot of 161, which you might have to fold.
Turn sucks if you miss, SB checks and MP pushes.
