Default Is this spew? Or just good reading?

I'm starting to understand this whole post-flop business with putting opps on ranges and all that. Here Opp is loose and is running like 50/33 or something, but he wasn't reraising noticeably light so I guessed his range was TT+, maybe AK. Am I wrong if I said it's usually better players that re-raise AK, as opposed to bad ones? I considered folding to the reraise but since I had position I called. TT, JJ, QQ all hate the fact that the K is there, so I thought it was worth a shot. Plus he took a lot of time betting - isn't that either a monster or weakness? Plus the bet was on the small side.

Obv. I'm representing AK, KQ, etc.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (6 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($32.45)
    SB ($15.65)
    BB ($13.05)
    UTG ($2.60)
    MP ($10.70)
    CO ($2.80)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8, 8.
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.35, 1 fold, BB raises to $1.2, Hero calls $0.75.

    Flop: ($2.35) 5, 2, K (2 players)
BB bets $1.5, Hero raises to $3.5, BB folds.

    Final Pot: $5.35

    Results in white below:
    No showdown. Hero wins $5.35.

i wouldnt try to make a 50/33 lay down a big hand at 10nl.
i guess it worked well this time being results oriented.

I think it's fine if you have a tight image. If you can pick off a lot of 3 bet pots, you'll really increase your WR.

Key here is thinking about opponents range -- his range here is dominated by PP's and there could be AQ. With the K out there its less likely he has KK, so what's left is AK and AA that could be a problem, but it's more likely he has something else... thus the reraise is EV+, especially at this limit. As you go up the ladder you'll find people willing to call down JJ in this same spot.

i havent played this low but i think it would be the opposite more people calling down here with JJ than at higher stakes if you RR this flop

I will usually float in this spot. You're raise is waaaaaaaaaaay too small btw.

Could also be internet lag, villain doing the ironing, kettle boiled etc. etc...

Unless someone instantly acts, I don't put much thought into timing tells. Maybe if they think for like 3 minutes and then check/raise the river allin.
