I think it could be profitable most of the time...If you hit the set you are setting yourself up to get paid off because you can lead instead of c/r for value. Second you are setting yourself up for the follow bet into known weakness...as long as you dont have a problem check folding the turn it sounds like a fairly good winning play at this type of table.
