I've been having a little trouble lately at $.5-$1 and was wondering if I could get some pointers in some situations I feel I'm weak in. Assume Villian(s) is 30/10/2 in all cases.

1.What kind of hand range do you play in blind-on-blind play? From the SB? From the BB? Should I always be raising if I'm the small blind? Should I call raises with hands like suited two gappers in the BB?

2. If I'm in position and I'm facing a raise from someone with a full buyin with a hand like AJ, KQ, 9Ts, 77 should I call or reraise?

3. When I'm not in a blind vs blind confrontation, how should I play hands like AJ, KQ, 9Ts, 77 when facing a late position or middle position raise?

4. How should I react to minraises? On the flop? turn? river? Are there situations where it can be profitable to reraise to try and push someone off their hand?

5.How does my hand range look for the following positions:

EP(UTG): AA-22, AK-AT, KQ, KJ, QJ
MP(UTG+1):AA-22 ,AK-AT, KQ, KJ, QJ, 9Ts, TJs
LP(CO):AA-22 ,AK-AT, KQ, KJ, QJ, QT, 45s-JTs, 46s-J9s
LP(Button):LP(CO):AA-22 ,AK-AT, KQ, KJ, QJ, QT, 45s-JTs, 46s-J9s, 47s-Q9s

BB & SB(Facing EP raise): AA-22, AK, AQs
BB & SB(Facing LP,and MP, raise): AA-22, AK-AJ, KQ, 9Ts, TJs

95% of the time I raise in position vs limpers, reraise or fold out of the blinds, and call raises with small pocket pairs (66-22).
