Hand 1 is ok. IF you want to fold KK preflop, this is when to do it...but going all-in isn't that bad.

    I would fold hand 1 after SB's all-in AND after CO's 4-bet.

Hand 3 is good actually. I would expect villain to fold, and if not, have about 10 clean outs myself.

And shouldn't c/rai on the flop be better? (pushing any turn when checked)? What are we afraid of on the flop? This way we give CO a (little) chance to fold..

    All are fine except #2.
Fold after 3bet. If not fold after 4bet. You kinda got sandwiched, but after the 4-bet you can't be sure hitting and Ace on the flop is a good thing anymore and it'll cost you another $70 to find out. I just like folding this marginal holding since you are pushing a fine edge if you even have one.
As played I like the open flop push. You are getting it in anyway, so you might as well have the initiative(FE).
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

giving free cards suck. this is not a SnG. we're not "collude" checking it down.

i did take the sandwich effect into account. i didn't expect the guy to raise me like that, especially such a small amount. all in is a much better play. after the raise i was getting very good odds to see a flop. and once the A came, i was really only behind AA and AK.

in retrospect, it might have been better for me to push over the BB's allin...but that seems spewtastic...insta folds hands i beat, insta called by hands i'm behind.

Your odds are only good if your outs are good. Are you dominated by his range? I don't feel good about continuing on the flop without 2 pair here. But what do I know, I'm a nit.

Are we afraid of giving free cards? After preflop, I dont think this board is scary at all. When flop is checked through, we're pushing every turn, so giving free cards isn't an issue. Only consideration should be if the turn card can be scary for villain so he will fold to our turn push when flop gets checked.
As vilain is very likely to c-bet this flop, I like a c/rai on the flop more. He can't get away from it then...as played he can.
