That's very possible but AA/QQ/55 are in the equation and have him crushed. Plus AKc has a ton of outs here. 55 may be less likely given his preflop raise but AA/QQ are very likely given the action. I think AKc would just push over your initial raise because the fold equity is higher and he's not looking for you to stay in the hand. Add all that up and a crying fold is the right move.
We are supposed to put opps on a range of hands given the action. It's convenient to put them on the only hand we currently beat and say we called because we put them on it.
I don't know if somebody has the tool (pokerstove?) to put AQ vs. AA/QQ/AKc/(55?) and compare vs. our equity. That would be helpful.
Are you joking?? AA/QQ are extremely unlikely, he would have to have the case AA or QQ. Somebody who's PFR is 11% probably isn't raising a small pair after two limpers, so 55 is also remote. We're WAY ahead of his range, we have a ton of chips committed and the pot is massive, not to mention that we started the hand with only 120xbbs. If stacks were 250xbb deep or something then we can play it a little more cautiously, but here this is a very easy call. Since most people who post hands like this post them because they lost I'll assume Villain did indeed have AA/QQ, but this is a small portion of the time. People at 200nl overplay TPTK or TPGK to death.
