to me it looks like he's drawing, but with no reads I don't think I want to go much further with this hand...

you might be ahead here but his bet makes it pretty obvious that he's willing to put the rest of his stack in there.....I'm folding.

    aisle,

Without a read I would fold. But I'm not sure this is the best advice, given that the aggression in blind battles increases a lot when you go up in stakes (I play NL100 and at that stake without a read I'm always folding in this spot).

too hard to give advice without a read. 22 and J10 def possible...

if flop were 2-tone it would be easier to call/felt
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I'm thinking I'd want at least top set to go to war here. If you don't have JJ then your opponent might have it.

    That's absurdly tight.

Fnord is saying that if you fold 22 to this c/r just because its not top set, youre being a fucktard.

Yeah. But I allways end up folding the second time too, because I think he will know I will think this, and thus wants a call the second time. Metagame confuses me.

I just think it's ironic that we have all these new threads telling people to stop being nits but whenever an actual hand gets posted, all the advice tells people to fold unless they have a monster and to never bluff.
