Default TPTK on turn after mono flop

guy is 21/17/3.8 reg, cbets 60%. He takes weird lines sometimes for example I've seen him go bet/check-call/bet with TPNK on AQxxx as the PFR. My image probably isn't the squeekiest.

    $2/$4 No Limit Holdem
    4 players
    Converted at weaktight.com

    Stacks:
    CO ($554.77)
    Hero ($389.80)
    SB ($1048.82)
    BB ($483.00)

    Pre-flop: ($6, 4 players) Hero is BTN
CO raises to $14, Hero calls $14, SB calls $12, 1 fold

    Flop: ($46, 3 players)
SB checks, CO bets $24, Hero calls $24, SB folds

    Turn: ($94, 2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $70.50, CO raises to $193, $122.5 to Hero ($281.3)?

Uhhhh.... you have like no outs when behind either.

I think you got to give him credit for a well played hand.

I think I'm checking through this turn a fair amount.

    As played I probably fold.

So what is this strong range you guys are assigning him? Nut flushes and stuff like AxAh/KxKh? I have difficulty giving him many non-nut flushes, sets or overpairs with no heart because I think he has to be wary of the turn checking through.

Also I think his cbet size is very important although I didn't realise it at the time.

Cbet size is literally the only thing that tempts me to call here. I think he has a lot of overpairs and sets but the small cbet is weird with those hands.

Ye Ah-x seems a likely hand but kinda expensive to find out.
