Looks like he wants to get it in but not the flush, $19.

I doubt you are ever beat here. I think making it $25 would be a good option, but I actually like a ship here against what appears to be a bad station.. You will get called by Qx a lot, especially if his kicker is a spade.

Flatting creates a dry sidepot if utg calls. These opponents probably don't understand the dynamics of it, but I'd rather raise. If UTG had a stack I would just flat to keep him in.

Looks like a fairly standard check back/try to fill up with the intention of folding to large bets on blank rivers and value shoving any board pairer or quadage. I wouldn't imagine this guy goes mental with a non flush on the river here and he has nothing which would need to bluff rivers, so river seems to play extremely easily for us.

I don't hate a bet. Villain should fold straights and could call with 88. If he has QxJs we just need to bink. Nothing wrong with checking either.

Sizing if we bet turn? I thought he could get here with Qx7s or worse spade kickers that he might fold.

Think we have enough hands with spades in them (after raising flop), that we don't need to be betting here. Ck turn and re-eval river.

It's a bit tough with less than pot left. I'm still tempted to bet half of what's left on the turn because that's a better value line imo.
