When you call the minraise on the flop, it certainly doesnt look like you have a strong hand, calling a minraise seems weak, I mean would you give a free card with AK or a set? Would certainly not be a good idea, since a minraise like this is pretty often a flush draw. Then you checkraise all in on the turn when a card that its very unlikely could have helped you turns, and its bad if he calls you here with only one card to come. And I think he should call with a decent ace and better, since you having a strong hand here wouldnt make sense to me at least, and I guess he has a strong ace or better.
I would much rather 3-bet the flop 3x his bet, as thats the way I would play AK and a flopped set so it makes much more sense, if he calls then pushing turn would make sense as you have represented a very strong hand on flop.
