Is this fine or is checking behind better? I think this is fine personally, but with two others in the pot am I better off just taking my freecard with overcards, nut flush draw and gutshot draw?

My concern comes from wondering what exactly I'm representing with my bet. I raised preflop after a limper, so how do I have anything here (except maybe 99)?

Edit: Something I should of added here but posted later, I checked the flop to keep some moderation with my continuation bets. If this was heads up and I was in position, I'd be a lot more likely to cbet, but here after I've taken down a few pots with no showdown in a while.
