Think he's playing an overpair and it could be JJ but i think more likely QQ<

    Think I raise here.

Player from the BB who plays 50% of his hands? I think there is a wider range here...

Ugh. Well, then it could be anything from Ax (A3, A4, specifically), AJ down to 33, but I'm not going to make the "since you posted it you must've lost" assumption...

    I don't do that, often...

My point in posting this hand is to get a feel for how much of your stack you'll put out there with a paired board vs this type of opponent. His flop raise says to me that he has either an overpair, something like A3/A4 or a 56 strt draw.

I called the turn hoping to stack him in on the river when he bets into me again. Then the river comes ....

    Double ugh.

Hard not to go broke with the nut flush but based on his betting pattern if he had a set he had it on the flop and just made his fh or quads. A cheap showdown is the goal now, I think. Call the river/fold to a push, tho if he's aggro a push is likely.

With the usual caveats that I am clueless... there are not a lot of reasonable hands that are beating you on the turn. 33/44/34!/ JJ and J4. I guess J4 check raises on that flop, but so does X4. 44 34 or 33 - I would predict slow play.

I agree with the call here. Only a 3 or 4 can draw out, and they have 3-4 outs

Turn 3... now any 3 or 4 beats you. I think I call the river. I might even call an all-in. You can't be too afraid of a boat of 3s and 4s.
