1 fold, BTN raises to $7, 1 fold, Hero calls $5

What to do here and plan for river blank please?

since he is passive id say we can b/f turn ands river. 28-32 on turn and 1/2 pot blank river

what to do on turn depends on your style. are you reversing initiative in hands by leading on scare cards as a (semi)bluff a decent amount? If not then you should mostly be check/calling the turn vs a decent player. Leading here generally looks strong as hell with no history and checkcalling down helps to balance your range and is good as long as he will continue to value bet KQ+
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Yeah, but a passive player would check behind KQ+ on such scare card, no?

C/C turn, B/F river if you think he'll check behind KQ etc
